The Association has a dedicated repairs reporting number which is 0800 479 7979. This is a free phone number and is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
You can also use the telephone situated within the office at Wallacewell Road.
There are a variety of categories we set for our repairs.

We also have Right to Repair. The 'Right to Repair' is a scheme introduced in October 1994, which permits tenants to arrange an alternative contractor if certain repairs are not carried out within a given timescale.
